FP-4 Four Post Car Lift Tested Before Shipment to Russia

Cherish Parking has completed factory testing of a customized FP-4 four post car lift for an international customer. The lift, rated at 3,000 kg (about 6,600 lb) with a lifting height of 3,000 mm (about 9.8 ft), ran smoothly through its lifting and lowering tests and is now being packed for shipment.

Customized Four Post Car Lift for a Russian Project

The FP-4 four post car lift is customized according to project requirements, including the available installation space, lifting height, and required load capacity. For this order, the equipment features a heavy-duty four-post guide column structure and a hydraulic power unit to support stable lifting and lowering.

The customer selected a spray-painted surface finish for the lift. The final configuration is prepared to suit the intended indoor application and the requirements of the project.

The customized specification includes:

· Platform size:6000x2900 mm

· Structure: heavy-duty four post columns

· Drive: hydraulic power unit,380v, 50hz, 3ph

· Lifting and lowering speed: 4m/min

· Surface finish: spray-painted, RAL7016

· Application: indoor vehicle transfer between building levels

What We Tested

Before leaving our factory, every customized lift is run through a functional check. For this FP-4, our team verified:

• Smooth, level lifting and lowering over the full 3,000 mm stroke

• Stable operation of the hydraulic power unit

• Safety devices, including [mechanical safety locks / overload protection / emergency stop]

• Overall operating noise and movement of the platform

The lift performed as expected in all tests, with no issues found.

Packing and Delivery

With testing complete, the lift is being disassembled, packed and secured for long-distance transport. Columns, platform, hydraulic unit and fittings are protected and labeled for easy identification and installation on arrival. Installation drawings and operating instructions will be supplied with the shipment.
