At Cherish Parking, we would rather show you than tell you. Here is a look inside our workshop, following a parking lift from raw steel to a sealed container.

 Multiple Projects, One Clear Process

Right now, our workshop is running 4 projects in parallel, including pit parking stacker , two post parking lift  and customized scissor lift for customers in Serbia, Australia, Dubai, USA.

Every project follows the same six stages:

Cutting → Welding → Surface Treatment → Advanced Assembly → Packing → Loading

Each project has its own schedule and its own checkpoints, so one order never holds up another. Our project managers track every stage and share progress updates with customers through photos / videos / weekly reports.

Steel Fabrication: Where Strength Begins

Columns, beams, platforms, and pallets carry the load, so fabrication quality matters most.

• Material check: Incoming steel is inspected for grade and size against the project specification.

• Cutting and forming: Parts are cut by CNC laser, then bent and drilled to the drawings.

• Welding: Welding is done by qualified welders, followed by visual inspection of weld seams and additional testing where required.

• Dimensional check: Key components are measured before moving to the next stage.

Surface Treatment: Built for the Environment

A parking lift installed in a basement faces different conditions than one on a coastal rooftop. We select the coating system based on where the equipment will be used.

Our options include shot blasting + primer + hot-dip galvanizing / powder coating. Coating thickness can be checked with a gauge.

Quality Inspection and Testing: No Surprises on Site

Before shipment, equipment goes through a structured check:

• Component inspection: dimensions, weld quality, coating condition

• Pre-assembly: partial assembly to confirm dimensions and interfaces fit

• Hydraulic and electrical checks: pump, cylinders, control cabinet, wiring, and sensors

• Safety devices: limit switches, emergency stop, and anti-fall device verified

Packing: Protecting Your Equipment in Transit

Overseas shipping means long distances and multiple handling points. Our packing is designed around that.

• Components are grouped by type: structural parts, hydraulic parts, electrical parts, and accessories

• Protection against rust, moisture, and impact using wooden cases / steel frames / protective film / edge guards

• Every package is labeled with part numbers and shipping marks, matching a detailed packing list

• Drawings, installation manuals, and a bolt list are included in the shipment / sent electronically

Clear labeling is not only for shipping. It also saves your installation team time on site. 

Loading and Shipment: The Final Check

We plan container loading in advance, choosing 20GP / 40HQ / open-top containers based on the size and weight of the components. Cargo is secured with bracing, blocking, and lashing to prevent movement during transport.

After the container is sealed, we send loading photos or video so you can confirm the shipment. We also coordinate booking, export documents, and shipping updates to keep you informed. 

What a Typical Project Timeline Looks Like

Production time depends on equipment type, quantity, and customization. As a general reference, [standard projects take approximately X–X weeks from deposit and confirmed drawings to shipment]. We will give you a specific schedule once your requirements are confirmed.
